Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department responded to an automatic commercial fire alarm on December 21, 2025 at a 24/7 care facility in Ooltewah.  An electrical fire originated in the facility’s restroom and was extinguished by the sprinkler system.  The structure was checked for fire extension.  All occupants were evacuated and temporarily relocated.
